Biography
Dr. Hartwig is board-certified in internal medicine. She provides comprehensive medical care and emphasizes preventive measures. She feels that medical care should be a team effort between patient and physician with informed choices, quality health care, and quality of life. Dr. Hartwig focuses on patient education, encouraging patients to actively participate in their treatment.
She completed her medical education at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing. Both her internship and internal medicine residency training were completed at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills.
During her postgraduate training, Dr. Hartwig served as Chief Internal Medicine Resident and Hospital Administrative Chief Resident.
